A legal exposure you may not know you have
The Act respecting occupational health and safety requires employers to ensure a safe environment. Without data, demonstrating due diligence is impossible if an issue arises.
A reputational risk that is becoming public
ESG reporting now requires verifiable environmental data. Regulators are raising the bar on workplace health standards. Buildings are being rated on their environmental performance.
Start with a free 2-week environmental audit
In 2 weeks you will know exactly what your people are exposed to inside your space, what it means for your organization, and what to do about it.
We install sensors in your space and collect continuous real-time environmental data. No disruption, no wiring, no IT involvement.
Analysis and findings
We identify what is out of range, what is causing it, and how it compares to ASHRAE, WELL v2 and Health Canada standards
Ongoing monitoring
Your questions, answered
What happens during the 2-week audit?
We install compact wireless sensors in the areas where your people spend the most time. Over 2 weeks, we collect continuous data on CO₂, fine particles, volatile compounds, humidity and temperature. You receive a full report with findings, benchmarks and prioritized recommendations.
Is the installation disruptive?
Not at all. Sensors are wireless and battery-powered. Installation takes under 30 minutes and requires no drilling, no wiring and no IT involvement. Your team keeps working without interruption.
What kind of issues can you detect?
We measure the five parameters that most directly affect occupant health and regulatory compliance: CO₂ levels, fine particles (PM2.5), volatile organic compounds, humidity and temperature. Most organizations are surprised by what continuous data reveals compared to a one-time test.
Who is this for?
Alvea works with employers, building owners and operators responsible for commercial spaces where people work, receive care or learn. If you have an obligation to the people in your space and no data to back it up, this is for you.
